Spam?!

I recieved the following email.... "Dear friend, I have a Business Proposal of $24,500,000.00 for you to handle with me from my bank.I will need youto help me in transferring the above funds from Hong Kong to your country.I need to know if you willbe able to handle this with me after which i would explain to you in details. Should you beinterested please send me your Full names,occupation,private phone number,current residentialaddress.finally after that I shall furnish you with more informations about this project.However Ishall be waiting your response and assurance." Is this guy nuts or what?
