Created a power-packed drink for my girls, who are supposed to do their 5 fights at karate tonight! Started with vanilla yogurt, threw in a baked sweet potatoe (skinned), ice, quick oats (uncooked), a little protein powder, and just a tiny bit of coffee...wasn't sure how it would come out but it was REALLY yummy!!

We are smoothie junkies over here! You wouldn't believe some of the concoctions we come up with, and that taste great. How did karate go?
